Account Rules

• Users and advertisers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their location.
• Each person may maintain one member account unless ClickOrbis gives written approval.
• Account information, payout information, advertiser identity, and campaign information must be accurate.
• Email verification is required before earning, advertising, requesting payouts, or creating campaigns.
• Users may not sell, transfer, share, or operate another person's account.

Platform Integrity

• No bots, scripts, farms, automated browsing, timer manipulation, artificial engagement, or view exchanges.
• No duplicate accounts, self-referrals, circular referrals, VPN/proxy abuse, or device masking to evade review.
• Rewards, commissions, ad credits, balances, and payout requests remain subject to ledger review.
• Campaign availability and earnings are not assured and may be limited during beta.
• ClickOrbis Media LLC may freeze, hold, reverse, void, deny, or suspend activity that appears unsafe or invalid.

Information Collected

• Account details such as name, email, country, verification state, login sessions, and preferences.
• Security data such as IP address, user agent, device/session signals, fraud flags, and risk notes.
• Member activity such as ad starts, completed views, checkpoints, reward claims, referrals, and ledger records.
• Advertiser data such as business name, contact details, campaigns, invoices, payment method labels, and ad credits.
• Future payout-provider data such as legal name, payout terms acceptance, provider status, tax/identity status, and payout history when payout processing is enabled.
• Marketing email preferences, unsubscribe status, bounce status, and reactivation email contact attempts.

How Information Is Used

• To authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, enforce CSRF protections, and verify email ownership.
• To calculate ledger-based earnings, commissions, advertiser spend, campaign delivery, and payout eligibility.
• To detect suspicious activity, investigate disputes, prevent duplicate accounts, and protect advertisers.
• To send account, security, payout, invoice, and administrative messages that are required for platform operations.
• To send optional marketing or reactivation reminders only when allowed by user preferences and platform settings.

Sharing And Disclosure

ClickOrbis Media LLC does not show advertisers member names, emails, IP addresses, mailing addresses, or exact locations. Advertiser reporting is privacy-safe and focused on delivery, completion, and aggregate campaign performance. Information may be shared with service providers, legal/tax reviewers, fraud reviewers, hosting/security vendors, payment or invoice processors when approved, or authorities when required by law.

Choices And Retention

Users may unsubscribe from marketing and reactivation emails without unsubscribing from required account, security, payout, or legal notices. ClickOrbis keeps records as needed for ledger integrity, tax/accounting preparation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

For platform safety, ClickOrbis may use a first-party device-risk cookie, hashed network identifiers, bot-protection validation results, rate-limit events, and behavioral evidence such as ad-view timing, checkpoint order, and reward-claim attempts. These records are used for fraud prevention, account security, advertiser protection, dispute review, and abuse investigation. Raw bot-protection tokens are not retained after validation, and account-linkage evidence is visible only to authorized administrators.

Campaign Requirements

• Campaigns must accurately describe the promoted page, offer, app, product, or service.
• Destination pages must load reliably, avoid deceptive redirects, and match the campaign description.
• Campaigns require admin approval before delivery unless production controls later allow another workflow.
• Advertisers must not request members to perform unsafe, deceptive, illegal, or policy-violating actions.
• Campaign delivery depends on available verified member activity and may require a longer delivery window.

Funding And Reporting

• Advertiser payments are not currently enabled during public beta.
• Future payments will use an approved hosted, tokenized, or processor-controlled solution.
• ClickOrbis will not directly store full card numbers, CVVs, or raw bank-account details.
• Campaign funds are usable only after payment is received, cleared, reviewed, and credited by admin.
• Campaign funds are tracked in advertiser ledger records and are not spent until campaigns are approved and delivering verified completions.
• Advertisers can review completed views, spend used, spend remaining, delivery progress, and invalid/rejected views.
• ClickOrbis Media LLC may pause campaigns, withhold credits, or require changes when risk or policy concerns appear.

Refund Review

• Duplicate or erroneous payments are eligible for review and refund.
• Unused cleared campaign funds may be refundable after ledger review.
• Funds spent on verified completed views are nonrefundable.
• Approved refunds return through the original payment method where supported.

Cancellations And Disputes

• Canceling a campaign stops future delivery but does not reverse completed delivery.
• Advertisers should contact ClickOrbis Media LLC before initiating external disputes so delivery records can be reviewed.
• Disputed payments may pause campaigns, freeze ad credits, suspend advertiser access, or delay additional delivery.
• Chargebacks may result in ledger reversal, collection of unpaid used spend, account review, or campaign closure.
• Refunds, voids, adjustments, or chargebacks must create ledger and audit records.

U.S.-Only Launch Position

• Payout requests are unavailable until provider approval, admin controls, and fraud review controls are enabled.
• Initial payout eligibility is planned for eligible U.S. members only.
• Future provider requirements may include verified email, legal name, identity checks, tax status, payout method setup, and payout terms acceptance.
• Every payout will require review before funds are sent.

Balance And Review Rules

• Pending earnings, held rewards, reversed rewards, void commissions, or suspicious activity are not payable.
• Payout thresholds, fees, and methods will be disclosed before activation.
• Approved payout requests will be tracked through ledger and audit records.
• Rejected or canceled payout requests return reserved funds to available balance where applicable.
• Suspicious accounts, duplicate addresses, recent profile changes, or policy violations may delay or block payout.
